Simplify integration.

Nexra connects two, four or twenty business systems without code, with an agentic layer on top. A person approves anything important, and every step leaves an evidence trail.

I have spent my career on the plumbing between systems. Nexra is the version I wish my teams had: integration a finance or operations lead can set up, run and trust.

How it works

Three things, every time.

Most businesses run on a dozen systems that don’t talk to each other, so people become the integration. Every Nexra flow follows the same three steps.

  1. 01

    Connect without code

Pick the systems you already run, from payments and ERPs to HR and chat, and link them in plain steps. Two systems or twenty, the work is the same.

  2. 02

    Let agents do the busywork

An agentic layer sits on top: it notices what happened, gathers the context, matches the records and prepares the next step, so people stop being the glue.

  3. 03

    A person approves what matters

Anything important stops for the right person. Every step, every approval and every change is kept as an evidence trail you can show an auditor.

Use cases

What it looks like on a Tuesday.

Nine examples of the work Nexra takes off a team’s plate. Each one names the systems involved and the person who stays in charge.

  • FinanceFinance teams

Every payout booked and reconciled in the ERP.

A settlement lands. Nexra matches it to the bank deposit, splits out fees, refunds and chargebacks, and prepares one balanced journal, with any difference flagged.

    1. Stripe
    2. Bank feed
    3. NetSuite
    4. Finance approves

Nothing is posted to the ERP until finance approves it.

  • FinanceAccounts receivable

An account number on every invoice. Every payment matched.

Each invoice goes out with its own account number, so when the transfer arrives Nexra knows exactly which invoice it pays and marks it settled.

    1. Xero
    2. Payment provider
    3. Finance approves

Payments that are short of or over the invoice always wait for finance.

  • FinanceTeams paid in digital currency

Stablecoin receipts, booked in your home currency.

A stablecoin payment arrives. Nexra values it at the day’s rate, matches it to its invoice and prepares the entry, with the source of the rate recorded.

    1. Digital asset provider
    2. NetSuite
    3. Finance approves

Nexra never moves or converts money. It records what arrived.

  • CommerceDistributors and retailers

Two businesses, two ERPs, always in step.

Customers, prices, stock, orders, payments and shipping flow between a distributor’s ERP and its customer’s, so nobody re-types a price list or a delivery note again.

    1. SAP
    2. Business Central
    3. Each side approves

Each business approves what is written into its own system, and nothing else.

  • EnergyGas and utility distributors

Gas meter to cash, and customers told before the supply stops.

Readings are matched to invoices and payments every month, with unbilled gas flagged. When maintenance is planned, every affected customer gets a notice by email or text.

    1. Metering data
    2. SAP
    3. Salesforce
    4. Email and text
    5. Operations approves

No correction is made and no notice is sent until the right person approves it.

  • EnergyEngineering teams

Abnormal readings reach the right engineer, with the evidence.

A pressure or flow reading moves out of range. Nexra gathers the related readings, explains the finding in plain language and opens an engineering review.

    1. Operations data
    2. ServiceNow
    3. Microsoft Teams
    4. An engineer decides

Read onlyNexra only reads operations data. Nothing is ever sent to equipment.

  • People and legalRecruiting teams

Every application read against the same criteria, with the evidence shown.

Applications are compared side by side against the role’s criteria, with the evidence for each one linked and any gaps flagged for a person to check.

    1. Greenhouse
    2. SharePoint
    3. Recruiters decide

Nobody is rejected automatically. Missing evidence is flagged, never treated as a no.

  • People and legalLegal and operations

Every contract signed, and every obligation remembered.

A contract moves from request to signature to renewal. Each obligation inside it gets an owner and a reminder before it falls due.

    1. Jira
    2. DocuSign
    3. Outlook
    4. Legal approves

Legal approves the wording. Only authorised signatories sign.

  • FinanceFinance and leadership

Ask what settled yesterday. Get the answer in Teams.

Someone asks in a Teams channel. Nexra reads yesterday’s settlements, checks them against the ERP and replies with the totals, with anything unusual flagged.

    1. Microsoft Teams
    2. Payment provider
    3. NetSuite
    4. Your team decides

Read onlyAnswers only read your systems. Nothing is posted to the ledger.

Why I’m building this

Integration was always the hard part.

At Interswitch I worked on the API marketplace and the developer experience around it. At RedCloud I led payments, ERP integrations and partner systems for emerging markets. Different companies, same lesson: the product was rarely the bottleneck. Getting systems that were never designed to talk to each other to agree was.

Every integration meant engineers, weeks and a project plan, and the people closest to the work, in finance, operations and legal, waited at the back of the queue. Nexra is my answer: let them connect what they need, let agents carry the repetitive steps, and keep a person in charge of every decision that matters.
